if i was a police oficer at this point i would ask some question like who were you with at the time and if she was then what type of things did you say to get rid of little scarlette

police; hello how are you

mum;fine thank you
police;im going to ask you a few questions
mum;ok
police; what did you say to little scarlette to get her out the house ?
mum; i didnt say much i just said a few words
police;ok,where were you at the time
mum; i was just at home no where else
police;ok why did you send her into the woods on her own
mum; because she was bugging  me

as an actor playing the role of little scarlet my mum sends me of into the forest to go to my grandmars house and i donty no why i wood say she fills upset because she dont want to go into the dark and gloomy woods alone . i think her motivation is in this scene is to get far away from her mother a possible. 

i was useing a very low pitched vocie when i am talking to my mum because i think she has been a bit suspishous
